All athletes have received a physical form for the free sports physicals at the clinic. Remember, only one form is needed for all sports!
Important Reminder: Sports physicals must be completed every year to stay eligible. Physicals are good for a year.
Please ensure the form is signed and returned by tomorrow, March 21st. Physicals will be conducted beginning March 31st.
